Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or if the order is still pending payment, processing, or on hold. For prepaid orders, a 4% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund, which will be credited to your bank account within 7 days.

Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. For prepaid orders, a 4% payment gateway charge and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, COD charges and return shipping charges will be deducted. Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color. Shipping charges for exchanges will apply.

Replacements for Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items:
If you receive the wrong product, or a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Claims for such items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defect, along with images of the original packaging.
